We require a comprehensive "DRAFT" of your prefered LC conditions prior to submitting our quotation.

Our prefered conditions are 100% payment "at sight". You must pay all your bank's LC establishment costs.

Q: What are our minimum order QTY's?
A: Min. Qty's vary subject to product, material and color. As a general guideline:

(1) Headwear using available fabric in available colors:
Authentic Uni-fit Caps: 300 pce per style/color
Retail Quality "High End" adjustable strap caps: 300 pce per style/color
Budget "promo" caps: 300 pce per style/color

(2) Headwear using specially "custom dye fabric" (assumes solid color caps):
Authentic Uni-fit Caps: 3000* pce per style/color
Retail Quality "High End" adjustable strap caps: 3000* pce per style/color
Budget "promo" caps: 3000* pce per style/color

(3) Belts:-
In most cases, for most bonded leather/PU or similar belts, the minimum qty equates to 1,000* belts.
For genuine split leather belts, this qty can sometimes increase to 2,000* pces per style/color/design.
In the case of belts using nylon webbing, canvas, woven fabrics etc, your target color and material
can vary the minimums greatly. We really need to quote this on a case by case basis.

(4) Knits:-
Beanies: 1,000* Gloves (pair): 1,000* pr Scarves: 1,000*

(5) General Promotional Accessories:-
This varies greatly item by item, please ask us, we can usually give you an answer within 24 hours.

Q: What are our artwork requirements?
A: We prefer to receive artwork electronically.In the first instance artwork should be emailed to our

Please ensure you include the name of the Promo HK representative you are working with and your full contact details.

We prefer to receive art in:-
Adobe Illustrator CS2 or earlier
Adobe Photoshop CS2 or earlier

***all text should be converted to paths & include Pantone references to colours where possible.

Our broadband internet connection enables us to handle and process large files with ease.
However, from a practical view point we prefer any art files you send to be 20MB or less.
We recommend sending larger files on CD in conjunction with a hard copy print out.
